      Led a $100M+ portfolio of franchise businesses across North America and Australia. Consulted on all aspects of business including sales, operations, staffing, systems and leadership development. Led franchise teams through rapid change management including revenue hyper-growth, the COVID-19 pandemic and implementation of new CRM / field service system. Use of the O2E Brands’ coaching method to increase confidence and competence of franchise owners in business operations and people strategy. Owned the highest growth revenue stream in the organization (25-30% YoY growth target), including B2B customer acquisition and retention strategy. Led multi-function sales department across Vancouver and Toronto offices, focusing on coaching and development of sales managers, sales trainers and salespeople. Developed programs to facilitate locally managed salespeople in major markets. Led sales and collaborated on strategic planning for the fastest growing revenue stream in a rapid-growth company. Worked with Franchise Partners and General Managers across the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise system on strategies to grow B2B revenue in their territories. Responsible for building out the local Account Management team and developing salespeople, sales coaches and sales managers on the rapidly growing Inside Sales team. Built 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and O2E Brands’ first Inside Sales team from scratch. Grew staff from 0 to 20 outbound B2B sales representatives within 4 months, and created scaleable onboarding and training programs to develop sales staff for quick and sustainable results. Top performer on a high-performing and high-growth sales team. Responsible for managing a $4M+ portfolio of clients across North America with frequent travel and strategic meetings. Company-wide salesperson of the year in 2013 and 2014.
