      Assisted in making DynCorp International, LLC a vendor of choice for federal government organizational development and stabilization programs through the successful program leadership of over 300 training, mentoring, and organizational development professionals.• Using data-driven analysis, I directed the efforts of over 300 organizational development specialists which included training, performance management, coaching, mentoring, equal opportunity employment/diversity, and curriculum development departments. • Crafted and directed a metrics-based continuous improvement performance management system.
