    I have a wealth of experience in various sectors, such as E-commerce, analytics, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, banking, finance, insurance, infrastructure, retail, telecom, healthcare, sales, IT, and senior recruitment. I have partnered with leading MNCs and service providers across the globe. I have the perfect combination of strategic recruitment and talent acquisition skills to take on senior leadership roles. I have built and led the TA functions for large MNCs and Indian companies with a global presence. I have also advised HR and business leaders on how to apply people science to solve modern challenges with people, such as attrition, hiring the best talent, using talent predictive indices, and so on. In my current role, I oversee hiring Adobe's product consulting, technology services, product management, design, research, and labs. I also head the Global Sourcing Center of Excellence based in India, supporting TA teams worldwide. Moreover, I work with global teams on HR Tech implementations and how a data-driven approach can enhance recruitment.
