      The CSB provides services for people of all ages who have mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or intellectual disability, and for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. Through the Department of Administration for Human Services our HR team provides direct support for up to 1100 CSB service area directors and staff for a broad array of HR services, i.e., payroll,staffing and workforce/succession planning, employee relations, performance management and professional development. Managed all facets of the HR function (except Benefits) for Fairfax County's 9-1-1 center which serves the emergency/non-emergency needs of 1.4 million residents. Our HR team was responsible for recruiting, screening & hiring, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, payroll, succession and workforce planning and employee/supervisor coaching.
