   Review the approved construction drawing. Doing the site survey and the inspection for the as built drawing for mechanical installation as per scope of work. Conduct regular Quality control inspection, report and submit to QA/QC department head as per attached formats. Prepare and submit all documents for final acceptance. Conduct inspection as per ITP. Estimating the need of material for the project according to the drawing Attending weekly quality review meeting, preparation and submission of quality reports. Verifying weekly whether the punch list cleared or not. Coordination with customers, electrical, civil and instrumentation apartments in project execution and keeping up with the schedule. Coordination with different sub-contractors for timely completion of the job as per their scope of work. Conducted different welder qualification tests for different processes ( FCAW, GTAW, MIG/MAG, SAW, SMAW, EGW) for various materials used in the project. Regular Inspection on construction activities, Monitoring & closing the Non-Conformances, Hold Points and Checklist points from the Consultant & Client. Review of Material Test Certificates & Consumable test certificates. Monitoring storage of Welding consumables as well as during usage of work. Witnessing and review of Calibration certificates of all Equipments. Fit up inspection, Weld visual, NDT, PWHT chart Reviewing for various storage Tanks, Piping, HRSG & STG. Well known with Heat Straightening and repair of distorted shell plates in Storage Tanks. Assist subcontractors in the process of improving construction, fabrication, welding, Painting, Coating and QC processBeing well conversant with all standards of Steel Plates Fabrication, Erection, Welding & Painting works in related to construction of Steel Storage Tanks.
