  1. Capable to establish Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 2. Ensure quality in all aspects.3. Develop the Standard, system & procedure for achieving the quality of the Garments.4. QA to check garments at the time of stitching. It is to ensure that operators are not making any defective pieces.5. Conduct internal audits prior to handing over goods to buyer representative for final inspection.6. Instruct packing department for correct tagging and packing requirement.7. Meet with buyer representative and understand about Quality requirements of each buyer.8. Implement Quality systems in each department & responsible for analysis quality reports.9. Auditing Fabric & Trims and ensuring only Quality goods are accepted.10. Perform PP Meeting & Size set review with pattern adjustment.11. Perform inline inspection, pre-final audit & final inspection in finishing department.12. Audit of the packed goods.13. Follow the requirement of technical audit.14. Capable to perform inline, pre-final & final inspection as per buyer requirement. Show less
