  Chemtex (Shanghai) Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd (SELLER) is pleased tosubmit this Technical Proposal for a 600 tons per day Polyester PET Resin Plant(Bottle Grade Chips) to Engee PET, Nigeria (BUYER).The Contract Plant is based on Invista technology for ContinuousPolymerization and shall have nominal production capacity of 200,000 metrictons per year or 600 metric tons per day for bottle grade polymer melt.The CP technology shall be licensed through Chemtex.   工程范围：本项目设计、采购、施工（EPC）总承包工程范围包括但不限于年产 30 万吨燃料料乙醇项目的所有：（1）施工图设计及装饰装修设计；（2）设备、材料及物资采购供货；（3）土建工程（包括绿化等）及安装工程施工；（4）初步设计文件（包括初设文件差异清单一览表）及总承包招标文件附件要求的设计、采购、施工等所有工程范围；（5）调试试验及检查，整套装置全线满负荷稳定试运行168小时，消缺，整套系统的试运行性能保证考核验收（三个月）；（6）技术和售后服务，人员培训，完成竣工验收并协助完成验收所涉及到的所有工作（包括但不限于安全、环保、消防、质检、职业健康、防雷、防静电等所有相关工作）。
