As a Property Manager, I am responsible for keeping our short term rental properties running smoothly. This includes being the point of contact for our maintenance contractors (cleaning staff, electrician, pool company, etc.), assuring the homes are properly stocked, addressing issues that may arise during a renter's stay, performing maintenance on the swimming pool and any other areas where the home needs regular or occasional upkeep.
