      Currently working as a position of Senior Application Support Engineer in Just In Time technologies.- Working on a MDM (Master Data Management) project at Sri Lanka Telecom as a consultant.TIBCO MDM is leader in both Gartner Quadrant Product MDM & Customer MDM and with this implementation shall give SLT proper foundation and structure for MDM requirements and benefits using with best practices in MDM and TM Forum SID. TIBCO MDM has graphical user interface and also user access, responsibilities and workflows can be configured for the ongoing management of this information.The SLT MDM implementation covers Product Master Data Management and data mapping for cross referencing of other domains related to customer management, order management and service assurance process areas.Core responsibilities were:- Works with various IT teams to support roll out of new application functionality, releases, and/or upgrades.- Participates in application support, enhancements and related task- Ensures data integrity within TIBCO MDM by analyzing and resolving issues as they relate to data sources, business processes, workflows, etc. نمایش موارد کمتر As an Application Support Engineer for BSS Upgrade project.- Worked on a BSS project at Sri Lanka Telecom as an onsite support team resource to Netcracker International.Worked on a CLARITY project at Sri Lanka Telecom as an onsite support team resource to Synchronoss International.- Synchronoss International based in Australia its Clarity OSS suite deployed at Sri Lanka Telecom. Clarity OSS handles Service Order Management, Fault management, Provisioning and Mediation with Network Level Devices such as Switches and Routers Core responsibilities were:- Configuration of application modules- Implementation of new configurations according to customer requirements with the use of Application level configuration - Implementation of environments as part of test requirements, upgrades and migrations to new releases as needed. - Key skill providing in production level migrations and upgrades.- Detailed analysis on the Network Element configurations- Replication, resolution and workaround given- Based on initial investigation, identify the scope of the incident.- Resolve an extensive array of escalated software technical issues reported by clients quickly and efficiently, working to tight deadlines in a high pressured environment- Provide resolution, test cases, which are within the scope. - Maintain all the required environments such as UNIX, Oracle, and Application which is used to replicate any issues, bug, defects, patch and maintenance releases.- Document replication, workaround, resolution steps and all the steps carry out to identify the root cause.
