As part of the Dor Yeshorim scientific team, I analyzed samples collected to identify dominant and recessive carriers. Preparing and providing results of the analyzes to be reported to clients.

  Representing clients before the USPTO and ILPO -• Invention Evaluation- systematic review of client’s data, and assessment of possible patentable subject matter.• Prior Art Searches- conducting searches in patent and scientific databases for subject matter which may possibly relate to the patentability of the client’s invention. • Patentability Assessment and Opinions- review of invention and pinpointing the patentable subject matter, which may be jurisdiction specific, and comparison to published documents. • Freedom to Operate (FTO) Analysis- analyze patent databases for issued patents to assess if client’s invention may infringe on others' property rights. • Drafting Patent Applications- detailing and claiming the invention in a clear and precise manner, while simultaneously providing a broad enough description of the invention to prevent competitors from inventing around the client’s invention.• US Application Filing- preparing the filing patent documents and applications.• Prosecution- drafting and filing responses to Office actions before the Patent Office, conducting Examiner interviews to further argue and persuade the Patent Office of the patentability of the claimed invention. • Patent Portfolio Management - management of patent portfolios worldwide, collaboration and instructing foreign associates. • Patent Strategy- advising on global filing approaches to maximize client’s value and align with a client’s goals to ensure optimal patent protection and enforcement.Practice Areas- biology, biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.
