  As a Mental Health & Addiction Worker, I support participants accessing services by providing a psychosocial response in order to promote crisis resolution and empowerment at the time of their crisis. Additionally, I work collaboratively with participants to assess and identify their needs, while connecting them to community supports. As the Program Support for Mental Health Medicine & Consultation, I am primarily responsible for administrative functions of the Clinical Services Programs, including the Psychiatric Clinic, Outreach Injection Clinic, Footcare Clinic and Dietician Clinic, in a manner consistent with providing a welcoming and psychosocial environment to individuals accessing programs, including participants, community partners, and the public.
