Throughout the program, I will engage in comprehensive training focused on allyship, mentorship, and leadership development, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).The program's practical approach will allow me to learn from seasoned Deloitte practitioners through 10 or so touchpoints, covering various topics from career coaching to mock interviews. I am sure that those interactions will be instrumental in refining my consulting skills and preparing me for the challenges of the professional world.As a member of the campus cohort, I will participate in community-building events and skill development workshops hosted at the campus level.
