At Siemens Canada, I promote our high performance values, spread the Siemens message of a vision of Zero Harm. This is our goal and dedication to achieve a workplace in which we have zero injuries. Siemens understands that the value of having properly trained and respected front line employees is what makes a successful team work and run cohesively. I try to keep Zero Harm at arm’s length and ensure that keeping safety in our minds is a complete constant.
