Selected for promotion to one of the new Area Management positions to be created in 2007, involving 18 months supporting the AM in all aspects of multi site management in preparation for AM appointment in June 2007.- Concurrently led the successful launches of some 10 new sites. Promoted from Deputy Manager within 6 months and led the restaurant to achieve its most successful year to date. - Awarded Brand Restaurant of the Year 2005 and Best PBFC Growth 2005. Joined the Brand as Assistant to the Glasgow GM, swiftly gaining promotion to GM following the incumbent's own promotion to AM.
