  - I was allocated to a short project at B3- I started the project by doing an Expert Review of the site, raising opportunities for improvements and benchmarking with products or not to the product's business- Benchmarked several products to bring ideas and help with project review- I presented ideas to stakeholders- Proposed improvements in the site hierarchy, in the user journey, and in the texts and micro texts- I worked with the designer and the PO thinking about the changes that would impact the business- Worked with the marketing team to think about texts focused on the business that would achieve SEO improvements on the site- I did all the documentation, bringing a good practices manual for the team to continue reviewing the texts at the end of the project.   Within B3, I worked on 1 short-term project and I am currently the UX Writer responsible for two teams.- In the project I worked on, the objective was to improve the experience within the website and review all the journey texts. I started by doing an Expert Review of the website, bringing a benchmark to explain opportunities for improvement. I presented the proposal to stakeholders and began acting as the main point of contact. The project was divided into phases and throughout the process it brought insights to the team. Together with the designer, PO and marketing team, we review the user journey. Additionally, I worked on improvements in texts, microtexts and information hierarchy. All content was designed to meet the needs of the project, with ranking (SEO) and user experience in mind. At the end of the project, I delivered complete documentation of the process and best practices so that the work could continue after I left.- I currently work on 2 B3 projects: Tesouro Direto and Investor Area. I am responsible for reviewing and proposing texts and microtexts within product interfaces. I participate in discovery and user testing processes. I review journeys and the information hierarchy. I work together with designers and POs to propose better experiences that meet the product's business rules. Show less
