Isolation process, and oil circuit.#Prepare and supervise the three-yearly and teen-yearly Shutdown: gaskets, blinding, scaffolding, insulation, lifting operation, confined space, work at height, Retrojetting, steaming, cleaning capacities, and assisting with QC for PT, VT, UT, Leak, and Hydro-static tests. #Supervise the activities of subcontractors for mechanical work. عرض أقل #Carry out the various preventive and corrective maintenance operations (changing oils, greasing, cleaning strainers and filters...). #Maintenance and overhauling of rotating equipement:#Cenrifugal Pump single / Multi-stage ( Ebara, KBC): - Disassembly/assembly, inspection, repair & change worn parts, run out, check/ correct clearances, seals make UP, cooling and lubrication system, alignment & running test.#Rotative Screw Pump (TERMOMECCANICA): Disassembly/assembly, inspection, repair & change worn parts, alignment & running test, PSV calibration.#Alternative Plunger Pump (Fuji-Filter MFG): Disassembly/assembly, inspection repair & change worn parts, check/ correct clearances,& change worn parts, accumulator makeup, PSV calibration, alignment & running test.#MI: Atlas Copco screw air service compressor ZT200. #Major inspection: Air-coolers.#Maintenance and overhaul of the auxiliary turbine (MS5002B/5002C/5002D): Main (lub, hydraulic), auxiliary (lub, hydraulic), emergency, screw oil seal pumps, and agitator. #Open, remove, and replace the bearings, mechanical seals and seals & cooling system, coupling, bundle, rotor, pulley, balance line....etc. #Performing alignment by various methods (Laser, Reverse Dial, Rim and face and Graphical Method).#Maintanence & overhaul of static equipement:#Lifting and riggings: crane, Installation & inspection of shackles, slings, and chain blocks /crane guiding signs, lifting test, lifting assessment, task risk assessment, simple lifting, lifting critique, always concerning the air-velocity, crane used ( 30/35/80/100).#Blinds isolation/de-isolation with different sizes (from 1” to 56”) & classes (150/300/600/900/1500)# Hydraulic Flange spreader, punches, Chisels, flanges pullers, Impeller pullers.#Installation of Gaskets: RTJ/RF/graphite/Plastic O-ring, control gasket quality, gasket cutter tools.#Assembly & disassembly of PSV, PVV, BDV, and SDV.#Valves, check valves inspection, maintenance & overhaul. عرض أقل
