  As the Manager of the store since its Victorian inception, I have been proud to work for a company with laudable social goals and pleased to share their vision.-Researched and developed our key demographics, crafting stories to speak to their joys and tensions, using design thinking and marketing concepts. This includes interviews and surveys culminating in a single page of customer motivations to guide innovation.-Established an innovation strategy to seek and maintain competitive edge.-Organised the initial setup of the store in 2014, including procuring new staff, and coordinating suppliers, trades, and services to ensure the shop on time.-Directed the move from our first store to a much larger store, leading staff and coordinating trades and services, opening the Australia’s largest shop of its kind within required time frames.-Oversaw recovery from a major building fire, including clean-up, counselling and finding work for staff, coordinating insurance and trades to rebuild, then establishing and operating a pop-up shop to minimise lost revenue, returning to full trade within 3 months.-Encouraged peak performance from my team including a supervisor, full time, and casual staff, achieving 250% sales growth in 5 years.-Organised and coordinated several major “Vegan Day Out” in-store and on-street events, in partnership with 10-20 local businesses, with thousands of attendees.-Guided the company through the COVID pandemic.
