Specifically: Hungary, Poland, and Czech Republic. Learned about the inequality of resources during and after communism. Visited Hungary, Poland, and Czech Republic, and visited key post-communist-related areas. Gained a larger worldview – specifically toward individuals with drastically different upbringings and lifestyles than mine. Much of my undergrad courses focused on psychological research and lecture courses revolving around mental health and our systems within society.
