  As a Structural Engineer I've been involved in dozens of diversified international projects. That broad experience allowed me to identify transformational opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of both engineering and design processes. I boosted the adoption of the BIM methodology in the company and have been ever since aiming at reaching the next level, while coaching/mentoring other team members.
