  Develop and implement the project HSE plan, procedures and requirements; to ensure the compliance to local and federal regulations.Carry out the Assessment of the sites as per the contractual agreements with clients.Review the HSE plans submitted by the Contractors and Sub contractors and carryout the follow-up accordingly.Ensure that the training and competency of the internal and contractors are maintained through the projects.Review the Method statements and risk assessments submitted by the contractors and sub-contractors.Conduct the incident Investigations and maintain the incident summary registers.Conduct the HSE inspection and audits to the internal construction and Contractors and follow up for close outs Ensure the risk register are monitored properly and control measures are in place based for all listed routine/ non routine activities.Develop and monitor EHS Targets and Objectives, KPIs and summaries reports and submit the corrective and Improvement actions to the Management and Clients.Ensure the HSE Induction, Training; incident, HSE KPIs, Customer complaints, near misses, Suggestions and daily observations are monitored.Conduct HSE review meetings in Projects and Management Review meeting and prepare the minutes of meeting Preparing incident Alerts and communicate to relevant/assigned.Maintaining records of all the inspections and surveys in order to report results and follow up on compliance and corrective actions.Maintaining the summary of first aid cases, Suggestion / Near miss data base, Safety attitude improvement slip, report to manager on monthly basis. Ensure Fire safety, prevention precautions are well mannered at the project and firefighting system in place.Ensure all activities under HSE Objectives, programs and plans are carried out in time effectively.Carryout HSE related campaign, promotional activities, events, OJT etc for establishing the positive safety culture in team. عرض أقل
