  Have experience and doing grant research on companies that can provide the LACC with funding for ESL programs, youth development programs, subsidized health resources and nutrition programs for families. I also have experience with the Food Closet doing filing, filling out applications with Spanish speakers, assisting those with rent, mortgage and utility needs, etc.

  Aug 2023 - now

  I conducted introductory Spanish tutoring to a student with visibility issues, as I worked in tandem with the Accessibility/Disabilities Department on the Allegheny College campus to create an equitable educational environment for all students. This allowed the student to listen to the phonetics of the Spanish language in real time, as well as gain cultural awareness of Afro-Diasporic Spanish accents.
