This is made more difficult when different organisations have their own sets of priorities, operating systems and technical language. Following independent reviews, recommendations have emphasised the need to improve interoperability and communication between agencies. This study utilises an intersecting methodology of qualitative and quantitative analyses to explore how interoperability themes are expressed in boardgames. Show less
