One of my most professional experiences was managing 'Mechnovation-2022,' a national mechanical festival of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at SUST. In this role, I scheduled and supervised the program and successfully led my juniors to organize a highly successful event.Through this experience, I developed important skills such as handling pressure situations, time management, effective communication, and leadership. For example, I learned to delegate tasks effectively, communicate clearly with team members, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
