These activities have been fully carried out at the involved Refinery.The scope of work includes many refinery units such as Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC), Topping, Hydrodesulfurization (HDS), Visbreaking, etc. In particular, the following steps have been executed/supervised personally:- Data collection including plant owner process engineer interviews- Corrosion loops identification- Damage mechanism identification according to API 571 (certified professional)- Multidisciplinary risk assessment- Review of RBI reports and inspection programs.FEM (Fugitive Emission Monitoring) measurement as FEM Level 1 and LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) development program both offshore and onshore.Opex business development support focused on the needs of the main Client have been executed, too. The RBI procedure has been applied qualitatively with specific RBI software (i.e. Palladio). Activities have been carried out for many ENI Italian refineries and Versalis petrochemical sites such as Raffineria di Sannazzaro (PV), Raffineria di Taranto, Raffineria di Venezia, Raffineria di Gela and Versalis Mantova. In particular, the following steps have been executed/supervised personally:- Development of specific RBI approach for each plant cooperating with Owners- Data collection coordination - Corrosion loops identification- Damage mechanism identification according to API 571 (certified professional)- Multidisciplinary risk assessment- Review of RBI reports and inspection programs.Coordination and business development for engineering and inspection activities for ENI R&M and Versalis sites in Italy (Raffineria di Sannazzaro, Raffineria di Venezia, Raffineria di Gela, Versalis Mantova and Versalis Porto Marghera).
