Effectively communicate financial results and trends to senior management and Board of Directors.3.Banking, reconciliation, overdraft administration, bank loan administration.4.Provide specialized management reports as requested.5.Ensure data integrity of all accounting system files.6.Checking the payables account to ensure the payment terms.7.Review and analyze investment reports on securities traded by the company.8.Maintaining the financial records and preparation of the budget.9.Preparation of the financial statements and IFRS reports.10.Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements of our Holding company.11.Follow up with related parties and making periodical reconciliation.12.Financial analysis for the monthly results.13.Coordinates with the internal & external auditors for the final financial statements.
