  I've been engaged through the Infrastructure Sector in T&T for the past 7 years. I manage a team of circa 15 Project Controls and PMO specialists.My current commission is leading the IPMO on the business case stage for the Westport Program, a major new container port development south of Perth. Prior to this I was the IPMO lead for the planning stage of METRONET Program of works, a $5.7 Billion scope of rail projects in and around Perth. Both these programs are a key element of the state government investment in transport and supply chain logistics, are highly complex and will contribute significant benefits to the population of Western Australia. In the past 7 years I have also carried out a project controls readiness review for the Public Transport Authority on Forrestfield Airport Link, the development of a master schedule for a domestic gas plant, led the implementation of a new Operating Model for Sydney Trains, carried out a new portfolio optimisation for Electranet in SA, delivered planning support to the Brownfields Development team at Woodside Energy, acted as Project Controls Manager on the City & Southwest section of Sydney Metro, supported the Project Controls Function at Auckland City rail Link, a business case for light rail in Auckland ands set up the program office for a transport program in Wellington.
