  To design a layout for a cook book 'Nuts to Allergies: Everyday Kitchen' written by Debrah Harrison, I was tasked on organizing how the book was structured i.e. colour schemes, page design etc. I would also was responsible for taking photos within the book, these where photos of the food and also the chef/ writer of the book. The book is now sold worldwide on Amazon published by Author House.

  In this role I managed the Crufts ecommerce website, www.cruftsoffcialshop.com. This included managing their PPC campaigns, both google and Facebook, google shopping, category, sub category and product SEO. Along side this I created and implemented their email customer email and personalised automation strategy.Put in place a CRO (conversion rate optimisation) strategy by generating various landing pages from personalised email campaigns to increase retention, focusing on second purchase to increasing customer retention at a time when the Crufts competition isn’t on customers minds.I created and managed various social media marketing campaigns. The most successful was Crufts Dog of the month the most social engagement ever with the business.Implemented their automated emails workflows for customer journeys depending on their actions on the website as well as what they subscribed for. The reason for this was to ensure customer remembered Crufts when the event wasn’t near. These automation allowed customer to stay connected with the Crufts brand all year round. Show less

  In this role I have implemented a new website for a division of Rajapack called, Welco. Leading them into growth for the first time in 10 years. This division focuses on Workplaces solutions for warehouses, workshops, offices, schools, medical centres and more.Creating the website on an open source platform, Magento 2, we were able to facilitate Welcos vast product range of 20,000 products. Such a huge selections of products comes from the variations of products which Welco offer.I design, create and send all customer emails using photoshop and dot digital. I have created triggered emails for customer actions on the website, depending if they have opted in to receive these.I manage the website and all it’s content myself and through third party agencies. As website builds go not everything can be completed before go-live. I am currently managing a CRO (conversion rate optimisation) project which is configuring 20,000 products to enable drop downs on product pages. As Rajapack is a French company, we often get french exchange students from France to come over and work for a few months. Recently I managed some of them, facilitating their workload to help them understand the whole marketing and Ecommerce process, while the same time progressing forward with key website developments with their help.
