  In my latest general management assigment for CSOB group I am responsible for safe-keeping of all CSOB facility management assets as well as managing the investment and operational budgets (ammounting 2+ bln CZK).Next to the expect superb delivery of our FAMous service to our staff as well as external clients I am pationatelly pursuing the mision of sharing our premisses with professional public by sharing the knowledge and providing the space for valuable and inspirational events that are closely linked to CSOB mission such as TEDx, Week of Innovation and many more. By doing so I am directly influencing the culture of CSOB employees and present the "face" of CSOB to the public. Show less After many years in risk I have moved to the business side, being responsible for the on-line sales of CSOB and client contact centre. Responsibility includes P/L responsibility for the on-line business as well as further improvement of direct channels and digital experience of CSOB clients.During the asigment me and my teams have tripled the share of digital sales across the product offering of CSOB group, implemented new CSOB Smart App and joined the "blue" and "red" applications into one and providing more then 2milion of our customers the CSOBiD credentials and started SAFe delivery in CSOB front-end applications by launching first Agile Release Train (ART).
