      Lead Roseville, CA-based materials planning team for Agilent's Support Materials Organization. Reporting to WW Planning Manager in Boeblingen, Germany.Successfully lead team through the separation from Hewlett-Packard systems, including the implementation of Oracle ERP (11i). Developed databases and processes outside Oracle and leveraging Oracle data, to provide reporting and implement planning algorithms for support parts. Reduced inventory while increasing service levels. Managed relationships with factories, primarily in Rohnert Park, CA and Penang, Malaysia which resulted in adjusting order quantities to better fit with production schedules and reduce the frequency of demand placed on factories. Implemented low cost stocking model to purchase key low cost items in bulk, thereby reducing order frequency and costs while ensuring on hand quantities.
