  - Operational Management responsibility for the Mortgage Servicing Department (including multiple mandates totaling over €600m of loans), providing a fully outsourced collections, receivership and Asset Management solution to Cabot’s clients.- Responsibilities included strategic planning & implementation for the department, staffing, policy, procedures, as well as systems and process infrastructure.- Effective leadership of a team of 9 employees including team leads and executives, building strong relationships within the team while maintaining a focus on delivering results.- Responsibility for ensuring adherence to the various codes of compliance across all client mandates.- Effective client relationship management across multiple clients.- Management and governance of third-party suppliers and putting in place KPI to ensure delivery. - Responsible for the hiring process for the department and the developing, delivery and monitoring of all training and quality within the department.- Evaluate the team’s strategy and processes on an ongoing basis and implement appropriate changes to enable continuous improvements. - Responsible for the management of the due diligence and risk within the department, ensuring the department has the appropriate controls in place. - Overseeing the reporting and analysis of the data captured in the system to enable effective MI and monthly reports to be delivered to both senior management and clients for monthly governance meetings.
