      Responsible for training students on a range of vehicles in accordance with the requirements laid out by the College of Policing. This includes high speed driver training, blue light response and pursuit. My role has also included train the trainer to assist in the development of colleagues; requiring course design and delivery both on road and within a classroom environment offering feedback written and verbal to achieve results.
