I also learned how to market my business to my community and did so successfully and received Marketer of the Year in my company. I also learned how to coordinate my suppliers and to ultimately keep myself as efficient as possible. I ran just over a $55,000 business my first year.

  I am the primary controller over Crossroads Events. We create, market, time, and produce athletic events for a variety of clients most of which are not for profits. Crossroads Events currently services Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Crossroads Events combines outstanding customer service, athletic event knowledge, and top end technology to create superior events for our clientele.

  I am a part owner in the mobile and web application Farm Fresh which is a company that connects local consumers with the growers of local food in their communities. We provide mobile application and web tools that allow growers to easily advertise their businesses, explain their products/prices, and communicate with interested customers. Farm Fresh then also allows interested consumers to easily locate and view local growers and discover their locations, open/close times, products, and read reviews on the growers.
