      REACH was formed to assist families living with autism in regional areas to access intervention and support via the delivery of training programs followed up by remote supervision. The focus of our work is to train parents and those working with children with autism to develop their own programs and to support them in learning the concepts of Applied Behaviour Analysis, so they may share that information and those resources in the regional area where they live. REACH fundraises to support families who are unable to access funding for services and who require the delivery of training and resources where they live. In particular, REACH supports families whose children have severe and challenging behaviours and who require assistance to intervene and teach functional alternative behaviours and skills to improve the quality of their children's and families life. We work with the family to find, train and support locally based people passionate to work in the field of disability and to learn Applied Behaviour Analysis thereby leaving behind a footprint for other families to follow in.
