      Design, execute, and assess a first year transition model built to enhance student development for those living in residence.Curriculum development for workshops on study skills, academic preparedness, goal setting, and SI (Supplementary Instruction).Hire and manage a team of 16 upper year student leaders who deliver the rezONE program.Manage a budget of $150,000.Plan, organize, and execute residence orientation for 900+ new first year students, ensuring events are informative, fun, and safe.Provide on call response for emergency or crisis situations that include both personal and facilities issues. Manage crisis situations in a calm, logical, and professional manner.Develop residence policies to improve community on campus and enhance the student experience.Design and implement the Waawaahte Northern Lights Initiative a tri-campus cross-cultural Indigenous Initiative that works to enhance student learning around First Peoples in Canada. Responsible for overseeing the Artistic Resource Team (ART) which is a student group that seeks to enhance arts and cultural based learning across the campus and features a yearly artistic festival.
