      Once I joined this site I helped identified major areas requiring work, implemented correctional systems and made sure company specifications are being used throughout. Within the first 6 weeks we’d improved the stock from weekly depletions of £400 to yields over 100%, putting in place programs to track their major issues and creating algorithms to allow them to better control their stock purchasing and holding levels.A high end, high revenue site that covers both dining and wet lead club experiences for 600 covers. To run a venue of this size effectively I was required to multitask a massive number of tasks.I work with clients to help produce their events to their financial budgets and specifications helping making their creative vision a reality down to the last detail. Show less The position of Bars Manager is an AM role in a large late night cocktail venue consisting of 4 separate bars over 3 floors. The role puts me in complete control of all bar training, cocktail training, stock control, stock auditing, order placement for all of the venues products, sales incentives and promotions. Starting at the venue just before Pride weekend, their busiest, taking over £35,000 in one day, I really had to learn fast and on the job. In Novus the responsibility of stock management has nothing to do with the GM, so it was me answering directly to Ops Managers.Managed site through a company transfer from Novus to Stonegate, as the first site to transfer I had to troubleshoot all the technical issues that come with a system change over and worked closely with the HO team to fix the faults before other sites transferred.The venue was going through a shortage of bartenders when I started so we worked together to rebuild a solid team of skilled bartenders. Training staff to a high and consistent standard to key creating a good working environment and achieving high levels of customer service, therefore I implemented weekly spec knowledge test, live demonstrations and taste tests to make sure my bare tenders were serving to the best of their ability. Running a venue this size in the center of Soho, both FOH and BOH, has prepared me for anything this industry has to offer. Show less

      Business Development Manager in charge of new and renewed business generation for Knight Frank Finance, Hospitality and Corporate.The two key patches of role are quite varied and required self education to prospect from those regions fluently. Both are the largest patches of any client manager within the business in data and area respectively. Key aspect to role includes prospecting new clients, cold calling or warm calling, prolonged client interactions to build relationships and maintain self-generated leads through to repeat business. My role within Knight Frank Finance was newly developed and increased lead generation by 40%. I’ve also developed the role to pull further repeat business out of client existing within the residential side of the business into the financial service lines. Role has given me exposure to the financial & commercial market when paired with my commercial real estate education rounds of my experience. The drive to understand the business fully has led me to join the LGBTQ+ board to understand how to make the corporate environment a more inclusive place.
