  • Make daily shift plan for the supervisors to maintain the productivity.• Manpower, Material and tool planning for the smooth production.• Ensure smooth production start-ups through checking material availability and ensuring issuance of tools from stores.• Working with Cycle Time and Tact Time for process improvement and also productivity increasing • Responding to breakdowns in the running process of manufacturing.• Coordinate with the maintenance department for the process of maintaining the machine like preventive maintenance.• Responsible for Line Balancing • Make reports on Breakdown losses occur in the shift and communicate with concern department for improvement in timing.• Coordinate with the Planning department for the daily, weekly and Monthly plan for the high productivity of the product.• Audit Responsibility in the plant in the different section.• Check hourly production on each machine and fill in the hourly production sheet for visualization of production plan.• Coordinate with Quality department for the better quality of product and minimization of the rejection percentage.• Work on customer concern and make the all details about customer concern by 5why Analysis.
