  Management of a public library with attendant responsibilities for staff management, premises control (health and safety), customer care, record keeping, making sure the library is secure, and financial probity is maintained. I am also responsible for stock maintenance by ensuring items are correctly catalogued and that efficient weeding is carried out. I hold the budget for the procurement of replacement stock. Additionally I develop local partnerships and organise events for adults and children so that the branch reflects the community it serves. Show less
