Develop long term, iterative project plans to advance the manufacturing readiness level (MRL) of emerging processes. Coordinate the strategic, continuous improvement of CMC manufacturing capabilities. Managed manufacturing engineering projects for multiple product lines made with a challenging and developing material system (SiC-SiC ceramic matrix composite), including military and commercial component hardware. Led new product introduction (NPI) of military hardware. Ensured product and process quality for composite aerospace components with a focus on raw material and forming processes. Conducted root cause investigations to address top defects and drive yield improvement. Awarded at Supply Chain annual meeting for performance on Predictive Quality Assessment.
