      - Participation in the definition of new IC products.- Feasibility study of new IC designs and architectures.- System level design of buck controllers voltage mode control loop using Simplis and Mathcad.- Modelling of analog, digital and mixed-signal blocks using analog components and/or hardware description languages (veriloga).- Circuit design of different blocks used in the control loop of buck converters (such as Error Amplifiers, Comparators, Buffers and Current Mirrrors) with different specifications and low power mode in 90nm technology. Corners and post-layout simulations.- Top level AMS simulations and verification.- Silicon verification and characterization using data adquisiton system to perform a semi-automated test. Use of previous developed python libraries and scripts.Side activities:- Involved in the development of a Silicon Evaluation Platform using Raspberry Pi computers to provide remote access to bench automation platforms and lab instruments. Use Python within Jupyter Notebook to create scripts and reports, leveraging Numpy, Pandas and Matplotlib for data analysis and visualization.- In charge of keeping updated the python libraries and scripts used to control the laboratory instruments.- Participation in ETC2023 (European Technical Conference) Commitee, helping to organize demos stands. Show less Worked on different IC design proyects (1-wire devices and USB chargers):- Top level AMS test mode simulation of ICs over corners and EC table verification.- Top level AMS verification of IC designs and report analysis.- Block level design characterization and analysis.Worked on the silicon validation, characterization and correlation of the developed ICs:- Post tapeout test of the developed ICs in the laboratory.- Development of a python class to control all the instruments in the laboratroty in a remote way.- Development of python scritps to perform all the test on an IC design in an automated way. The scripts control the DUT and the instruments on the lab.Side activities:- Co-developed a python based gm/ID GUI that uses databases generated with MATLAB scripts. The MATALB scripts run scpectre simulations to charaterize devices of a PDK. The GUI allows to plot different metrics of the characterized devices (Gain vs gm/ID, ft vs gm/ID, ID/W vs gm/ID, etc.).- Participation in ETC2022 (European Technical Conference) Commitee, helping to organize demos stands.
