  It has been a mix of technologies as a Pega Administrator/Developer with Pega being at the core. I have been involved in collaborated with clients and multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, installed Pega and pega apps (WAR or EAR) in Web sphere via WAS for multiple applications.Good hands-on experience in pega development(creating properties,flows,flow actions,sections,activities) by making POC in Leave application and Bank account opening applicationCreating BIX set-up in Unix for multiple applications and executed scripts via various tools. Shell scripts automation has hit a great deal in terms of saving time,cost and a new learning for me.Been involved in creation of JNDI’s, JMS-MQ on Websphere application server.Monitoring and maintainence of 150+ app and web servers using various tools like trivoli, sitescope and introscope, Splunk,PAL,PLA,log-usage.Successfully handled release management activities for 10+ app during a release cycle.Have been part of successful Disaster recovery exercises.
