GEZİNOMİ TOURISM: I pre-established and pre-managed of Ticketing Department, Outgoing department, Cooperate department, several Branch Offices etc. After pre-establishments all departments managed by own directors, under managing of me and board of directors.Plan and carry out regional market research and analyses. Lead and direct forward-thinking management and coordinate overall effort in accordance with corporate goals.       Luxury city hotel investment of Samancı Group.Hotel is in the heart of city and has luxury decorated 80 rooms at Osmanbey, Şişli, İstanbul. I started to work in this hotel group, during the explosions at various places in Turkey. In that period, group was planning to open 4* Büke Hotel in Şişli and High Class Boutique Hotel in Sultanahmet. Owners were planning to transfer current Halifaks Hotel Manager to new Büke Hotel. However, because of the explosions all investments postponed. So that, I could just worked for OTA contracts, quality management and sales for limited period. But, it was not ethically possible to wait till Büke hotel opening for an uncertain date. Very well known one of the first modern hotel in Fethiye. I managed and re-organized all hotel department from ground to roof. And transfer my management experience. I negotiate various types of market for long term whole contract for renovate hotel. However, unstable Turkish tourism didn’t give this chance to happen. With my knowledge of travel agency skills, I prepared package tours with accommodation in hotel. With this package just on my own I filled over 30% of hotel. I visited lots of travel agencies, ingoing and incoming tour operators. I signed exclusive whole room contract with +40% rate. First time hotel welcomed Far East groups from China and Korea. And Russian guests stayed after long term break.Hotel was away from the seaside and too old and had very bad reviews at OTAs’ websites. Also, financial reasons owners couldn’t renovate hotel since over 12 years. Also, hotel reviews was too bad at OTAs’ websites. With good management and good service increased guests reviews. After long negotiations with owners I succeed to renovate some parts of rooms and hotel main area and technical equipments. The hotel had one of the best occupancy and rate increase after long time. We started to work with clinics and hospitals after very hard work. And become official registered accommodation hotel of “American Hospital”.
