  As an administrative soldier in the Operations and Planning Department at the brigade's headquarters, I supported various administrative functions such as financial accounting, logistics management, document handling, and human resource tasks. Especially, I studied how the organization operates within the regulations by reading the unit's official documents every day.To enhance the welfare of soldiers, I reviewed successful practices from other units and delved into relevant regulations. Based on my research and understanding, I crafted a proposal that eventually led to meaningful changes in our systems.Additionally, I took the initiative to learn VBA on my own and applied it to create a volunteer project that automated repetitive administrative tasks, streamlining our processes.Working at the headquarters gave me a unique perspective on how the entire military operation functions and the various roles within the organization.   Engineered a user interface for a UV lithography machine, leveraging Python-based frameworks including PyQt, Tkinter, PySide, and wxPython.Acquired knowledge in software design patterns and software engineering principles to enhance software functionality and user experience.Implemented UART communication protocols to facilitate reliable data transfer between the software and the lithography hardware. Participated in laboratory meetings to gain insights into the research process and progress within the field of Exosome seperation, Hydroelectric power, DNA Synthesis and Omics Assisted in the research by aligning DNA fragments from sequencing data to assess the accuracy of synthesized DNA. Utilized bioinformatics libraries in a Linux environment to analyze sequencing data and contribute to the validation of experimental procedures.
