      Lead a team on the development of emerging sports, specifically for street dance (breaking being a Olympic sport now), skateboarding, parkour, outdoor adventure, eSports and the likes. It involves working with all stakeholders involved in the sport. Notably for street dancing, privileged to be involved in charting out directions and vision for the Lion City Dance Convention which is an annual event whereby street dancers from all over Singapore gather for a series of competitions featuring different genres of street dance; and providing learning opportunities through a variety of dance workshops by renowned dance instructors locally and overseas. Seeded the idea of building a Skate Spot as a pilot project at one of the sport centres in Singapore with the intent of creating a good space for quality skateboarding programmes and events. Also working with partners across Singapore, from Institutes of Higher Learning to various non-profit organisations dealing with youth agenda to empower youths to step up and do good through sport, through a youth movement called YouthCreates.With the passion for health and wellbeing being in the fabric of workplaces, being a Wellness Ambassador (WA) and also a WA Programme Taskforce Member provide a platform to continue to contribute in this space. It is an innovative concept and framework which is in the current phase of ecosystem build in the proactive space in health and wellness. The framework consists of various different work packages, which includes a robust curriculum targeted for different target segments in health-promoting behaviours adoption, infrastructure/ facility build-up to enable access to the notion of Active Health (Active Health Labs), programmes and well-curated experiences for all, and intentionally designed sustainable Champions-Adopters model. One of the key initiators of this movement from its infancy stage.
