  As a Project Manager for UMEC, my responsibilities included cost control, purchasing, field labor management, scheduling, subcontractor management, contracts, BIM coordination, productivity tracking and improvement, change negotiation, start-up, test and balance, and commissioning coordination and support. I established a high performance team that successfully executed multiple high profile projects on time and under budget. Additionally, my team was responsible for the training of new engineers, field, and support staff. Managed multiple large commercial projects ($10M+) with field and office staffing at multiple sites. Full safety, fiscal, productivity, and performance responsibility for all projects. Functioned as the operations training hub for incoming engineering staff. Participated in many operational improvements and implementation of company wide change. Designed the mentoring program for incoming employees and engineering training program.As a project engineer for Spira Loc (a division of University Mechanical), my responsibilities included oversight of field and administrative operations. We performed testing and balancing of air and water systems, sound testing, and HVAC commissioning for internal and external clients. I was responsible for final NEBB reporting, coordinating field activities with project schedules, manpower scheduling, job costing, purchasing, and field support.
