  EURES - European Employment Services - is a cooperation network designed to facilitate the free movement of workers within the European Economic Area. Partners in the network include public employment services, trade union and employers' organisations. The network is coordinated by the European Commission. EURES has a human network of more than 850 EURES advisers that are in daily contact with jobseekers and employers across Europe.Set up in 1993, EURES is a co-operation network between the European Commission and the Public Employment Services of the EEA Member States (The EU countries plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) and other partner organisations. The joint resources of the EURES member and partner organisations provide a solid basis for the EURES network to offer high quality services for both workers and employers.My responsibilities: -EURES statistics-keep track and organize the petitions-respond to jobseekers' petitions via e-mail and official papers-participate in achieving EURES financial situations-promote EURES network among NAE (National Agency for Employment) staff-organizing selection procedures, sign off of the administrative papers-renting the conference room, making the hotel reservation and renting the necessary equipment for the selection procedure -organizing the facebook page with regular updates -ensure the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the QMS (Quality Management System) -update work procedures of the EURES compartment and QMS documents according to SR EN ISO 9001/2001Key achievements:1. ideas for promotion brochures of EURES2. initiative to make the necessary translations for the department3. promotion material and participation to the jobfairs Show less
