One significant aspect has been conducting thorough needs assessments across all levels (L1, L2, L3) to pinpoint capacity gaps and align training topics with JJM objectives. Crafting comprehensive training modules tailored to each level's requirements has been a priority, ensuring clear learning objectives are met. Facilitating the selection of qualified trainers with expertise in relevant JJM areas has been crucial, along with overseeing their communication, logistics, and delivery schedules. Acting as a liaison with state departments, I've worked to secure participant nominations for training programs and identified suitable venues conducive to program requirements. Overseeing the seamless delivery of capacity-building programs for all three levels has been paramount, involving logistics management, materials distribution, and feedback mechanisms. Post-training, I've compiled comprehensive reports incorporating participant feedback and program outcomes, managing invoicing processes efficiently and liaising with state and ministry representatives for program approvals and support. Additionally, I've managed projects such as the UNICEF FSSM project across multiple states and contributed to activities related to SBM-G and JJM under the Rural WASH Partner Forum initiative by the Ministry of Jal Shakti, with a focus on specific states and Union Territories.
