      Activities and Societies: AIRIE My thesis work is in geochemistry and sedimentology of Late Jurassic shales of the Agardhfjellet Formation. I am utilizing the rhenium-osmium geochronometer to date this shale and tie it to correlatives such as the Hekkingen Formation and Kimmeridge Clay. Additionally the Re-Os system provides insight into paleoenvironmental conditions of the Late Jurassic along with trace and stable elements.
