      As a member of Technology Operations team, I am responsible for initiative and creative problem-solving Techniques which will help propel global innovation in technology and business.• Partner with Engineering, and Product teams to identify product and technical requirements, and lead through project dependencies and delivery milestones.• Led the teams through the Scrum activities that include Sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, daily standup's, backlog evaluations, scrum of scrum meetings, etc• Work closely with leadership to form strategic plans and contribute towards the overall technology direction.
