To fulfill the Regulatory Document 6797 - 2010 SBS. Also to facilitate a management process of agreed risks to the present complexity of the financial markets. The initial strategy is designed from an integral model of risks in where the extraction of reports will be made from the platform of TERADATA by means of visits of businesses generated by Business Object or SAS. Respecting the standard guidelines of the IT Architecture, and the quality of necessary information for SBS reports. The budget of the project is of $1.8MM and 55M H/H. Also, coordination with subsidiaries BCP Panama and BCP Miami for the implementation of regulatory reports and of management with the reach and time defined by the SBSB) Direction of the Basilea II Project - New Agreement of Capital. The primary objective was to define the reach of the project for the definition of Integral Risk Management in the BCP.
