The primary objective was to define the reach of the project for the definition of Integral Risk Management in the BCP. Starting off with integral initiatives of automation of processes, information exploitation and models of predictability with tools SAS, Business Object, Erwin and BI Query Administrator for the support of the Areas of Risks of BCP. Also, to organize the project team with more than 20 external people in the area of development of systems, business, consultants and suppliers. The budget of the project was of $1.3MM (in Hardware, Software and Selection of suppliers) and 23M H/H (in developing of Systems, IT Architecture, Development Certification of Software and Data Warehouse).
