      As a Front Desk Associate at the Office of International Students and Scholars and the Intercultural Office Suite I was in charge of organizing calendars on Microsoft Office Suite, regulating appointments within the office and coordinating schedules amongst staff members. Within the office I was responsible for filing forms and documentations, upkeeping the appearance of the office, and managing the online system for International Students and Scholars. As an Event Planner I was responsible for coordinating events related to LGBTQ+ dates and programs. My duties involved promoting the events and facilitating any necessary arrangements. Upon completion of the events I gathered the information collected and reported it to the head administrator of LGBT Student Services.

      Systems Installation Engineer

      As a Systems Installation Engineer I was responsible for the installation of the CyberKnife robot, used as a radiosurgery medical device for radiation therapy. I executed necessary physical assembly of the device and it’s subsystems, calibrating necessary equipment to meet specifications set. I also conducted software and hardware troubleshooting upon equipment when necessary throughout the setup of computer systems, the establishment of network structure and the integration of systems to the CyberKnife. I was responsible for coordinating communication regarding the status of Cyberknife installation between project manager and site correspondents, documenting installation milestones and informing necessary personnel of requests and status updates. I worked closely with technical writers to outline, and write instructions, testing protocols and authorized instructional based documents for calibrations and installation, utilizing Agile as the main documentation database.
